About US

True Form Gears has existed for over 45 years and has been operating under new management since July 2018. 

Today we own the property which we are operating from and have added a vast range of gear cutting machines and tools to improve quality and time efficiency.

 In 7 years, we have grown to a total of 45 gear cutting machines, with the ability to cut many gears of various types and sizes.

 The total accumulated experience within True Form Gears adds up to over 70 years in the gear manufacturing industry.

PRODUCTS & Services

We specialize in the manufacture of precision gears from 10mm in size to 1700mm in size. We can manufacture spur gears, single and double helical gears, worm wheels and worm shafts, internal gears, internal and external splining, bevel gears and pinion shafts, racks and pinions, steering shafts, sprockets, pulleys, radius couplings and more. We also repair and refurbish all industrial gearboxes (planetary, double helical, multistage, conveyer, agitator and worm drives) to their full working state, and all the components are manufactured in-house to ensure the best pricing and delivery times. We also do general engineering that can be done on our premises. Monthly maintenance and inspection surveys can also be arranged. The supply of gear cutting tools and cutters to the gear cutting industry is also part of our business.
